- All Orders are Processed within 3-5 business days, followed by shipping of 3-5 business days from processing completion. Any delays in processing or shipping Sevyn Hair Company will communicate via email.
- Once product is with carrier Sevyn Hair Company is no longer responsible for products.

All orders will require signature of receipt from all carriers. Please ensure that billing and shipping addresses match with all orders, as once you submit the order we will not be able to modify shipping addresses.
